Breakfast and Fellowship

We serve a full breakfast before our service. Breakfast starts at 9:30AM. We believe this act of serving and sharing a meal together is hugely significant to our mission. This time is meant to encourage one another, to build each other up, and is an assurance that you leave church fed not only spiritually but physically. Please join us for this special fellowship time.
 

Worship - 10AM

The 10AM service offers a more contemporary approach to worship. This service is more casual, and the music in this service is most often current Christian music. Children’s chat is a part of this service as well, and there is an offering box available during this service. We receive communion weekly in this service.

 

What can I expect?

Q. What should I wear for worship?

A. You will see a variety of clothing styles from men in suits and women in dresses to people in jeans and t-shirts. Please come as you are.

"Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothes? Matthew 6:25

But the LORD said to Samuel, “Do not look on his appearance or on the height of his stature, because I have rejected him. For the LORD sees not as man sees: man looks on the outward appearance, but the LORD looks on the heart.” – 1 Samuel 16:7
 

Q. I’ve never received communion before, what does that mean?

A. In our worship we receive communion each Sunday. In the Methodist church communion is an open table. All that means is anyone who seeks forgiveness in Christ and desires to lead a new life of peace and love through Him is welcome to come up during that time.

“But he was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was on him, and by his wounds we are healed.” Isaiah 53:5
 

Q. I’m not familiar with worship songs or hymns, is it disrespectful not to sing?

A. Worship looks different for every person. Some people sing loudly, some sing softly, others don’t sing at all. Wherever your heart leads you during worship is perfectly fine. You will see and hear a variety of worship styles.
 

Q. I have small children, is there a nursery or Sunday school available to them?

A. Absolutely yes! There is a nursery available for infants, and we have a wonderful Sunday School program run by two local teachers.

All your children will be taught by the LORD, and great will be their peace. Isaiah 54:13
